Hannah Murrey
Owner and Lead Designer I fell in love with flowers growing up, and I started Flora as a way to hopefully share my love for these beautiful creations with as many people as possible. When I was a kid, my mom would take me to the grocery store where I would sit there and just stare at all the flowers in the Floral Department. I was intrigued by how many different colors could even just be on one petal, and I know she got annoyed with me always asking if we could just buy a couple of flowers. When I was in high school, I went to see the movie Valentine's Day where Ashton Kutcher plays the florist.I mean it was Ashton Kutcher so that definitely helped, but seeing the life of a florist on Valentine's Day portrayed in a movie, going to the wholesale market, picking out flowers, selling them to people who want to create a special moment in theirs or someone else's life...I just knew. So, I started working at a florist in high school and continued to work for different florists and event companies throughout college. I’ve trained under florists from all over the world and love constantly learning more about this art. I can’t wait to help bring your vision to life!

My first experience with flowers and weddings started with Flora! I stepped into florals with no experience, and it’s been so rewarding to grow into it! I love getting to see all the beautiful, different flower variations and color schemes each week! One of the things I really love about doing florals for weddings is how meaningful the flowers are to the bride and family! It feels so special to play even a small part in someone’s big life moment. It's amazing to see how these life events are pulled together in one pretty bow by a community of vendors all working together to make this event special! At Flora, I get to be in a creative space where making something intentional feels really momentous and special!

He will greet you at the door with a wagging tail and a tennis ball, stopping at nothing short of making you feel like the only hooman in the world. Ruger can’t wait to guide you through our shop, walk you through our inventory, and most importantly accept your ear scratches. Ruger can’t wait to help make your special day come together!
